About this kit

Streetwear captions are built like a label on a hang tag: a trademark symbol after the brand name, a colourway in capitals, a release time, and a hand sign instead of a sentence. Independent labels use it for a drop countdown, sneaker resellers for a pair they just sourced, skate shops for a new deck, and creators for the fit check they post every Friday. This kit is grouped by what each part of a drop post does. The hand-signs set replaces the sentence, the kicks-and-deck set covers the product itself, the label set brings the marks a brand name carries, and the hype set turns up the energy when a drop goes live. Keep the caption short and stacked, put the exact release time and price in text, and let the peace sign or the OK hand end the line.

Using these emoji well

  • Stack a drop post as short lines rather than sentences: name, colourway, time, sign-off, each on its own line.
  • The trademark and registered marks only belong after a name you actually own; on a resale post use the sneaker emoji instead.
  • Hand signs read aloud as "victory hand" or "OK hand", so the release time, size and price still need to be typed out.
