About this kit

In December a shop or team account posts more than in almost any other month: gift guides, wrapping services, festive greetings, and the plain but important notes about the last day to order and the days the doors are shut. This kit covers trees, Santa, snow, gifts and the things on the table, as well as carol concerts and church services. The emoji are grouped by job: the tree-and-snow set gives a post its season, the gifts set carries a guide or a bundle, food and drink cover a menu or a hamper, the cards set suits a greeting, and the hours set helps a delivery deadline stand out. Write the dates in words and figures a customer can act on, and keep the decoration to a couple of emoji per line.

Using these emoji well

  • Screen readers speak each emoji by name, such as "Christmas tree" or "wrapped gift", so write the product, the price and the deadline in plain words.
  • Give the last order date its own line and repeat it closer to the day; it is the post customers look for most in December.
